1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Bondi Spaces B2B Portal (“Portal”).

The Portal allows all users to browse our product offerings. Approved B2B customers may create an account to place orders, access trade pricing, and track orders.

By accessing or using this Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration (B2B Customers)

2.1 Trade accounts are available to approved business customers only.

2.2 We reserve the right to approve or decline any trade account application at our discretion.

2.3 Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

2.4 Bondi Spaces may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are breached.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.2 All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Pricing is subject to change without notice.

3.4 Trade pricing displayed to approved B2B customers is confidential and must not be disclosed publicly.

4. Orders

4.1 Orders may be placed by approved B2B customers through their account login.

4.2 Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance until confirmed by Bondi Spaces.

4.3 All orders are subject to stock availability.

4.4 Bondi Spaces reserves the right to cancel or amend orders due to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment must be made in full in advance of dispatch.

5.2 For large or custom orders, Bondi Spaces may agree to a deposit arrangement to secure the order, with the balance payable prior to dispatch.

5.3 Orders will not be released for delivery or pickup until payment has been received in cleared funds.

6. Delivery & Pickup

6.1 Delivery

Delivery is arranged by the Bondi Spaces team. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6.2 Warehouse Pickup

Customers may collect orders from our warehouse once notified that the order is ready. Pickup is free of charge during designated pickup hours. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transport and handling.

7. Returns & Claims

7.1 Reporting Period

All damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported in writing within 14 days of receiving the order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

7.2 Damaged or Defective Goods

Damaged or defective items will be assessed in accordance with the relevant supplier’s policy. Bondi Spaces will work with the supplier to determine repair, replacement, or credit where applicable. Photographic evidence and supporting documentation may be required.

7.3 Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Approval must be obtained prior to returning goods. A restocking fee will apply.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

8. Product Information

8.1 We aim to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate.

8.2 Variations in colour, finish, grain, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or screen display differences.

8.3 Bondi Spaces reserves the right to update or modify product specifications without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bondi Spaces is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the purchase value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Portal, including text, images, product information, branding, and marketing materials, remains the property of Bondi Spaces and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Force Majeure

Bondi Spaces is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, transport delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
